Robbins-Gioia University (RGU)

As a Global Registered Education Provider, the goal of RGU is to provide a value-added, quality training experience that improves workplace performance for R-G employees and clients.  RGU Online provides remote, web-based enrollment and training history tracking for all R-G employees.

Tuition Assistance Program
In addition to RGU guided training, Robbins-Gioia offers tuition reimbursement for degree-seeking programs directly related to your line of business.

C3 (Creating Careers in Consultancy) and C3T (for Technology focused Consulting)
Pronounced "c-cubed", our competency-based career matrices provide the opportunity for employees to manage their own careers with R-G.

PDAs
Professional Development Advocates assist employees with their career development.  They provide guidance and advise on accessing the wide range of career enhancing programs available to employees.

Professional Memberships and Certification
Employees are encouraged to obtain professional certifications to increase their knowledge of specific areas of expertise, as well as to become Project Management Professionals (PMP) by meeting the requirements of the Project Management Institute (PMI).  For the PMP exam, R-G covers the costs of test fees and preparation materials, as well as covering monthly membership dues.

Annual Performance Appraisals
R-G encourages continual dialogue between employees and their managers to ensure performance goals and expectations are understood and achievable development plans are in place.  Documented appraisals are completed with new employees at the 90-day and 180-day anniversary dates.  All employees are evaluated annually which includes an appraisal of current performance, goal setting for the next year, career development plans and salary increases based on merit.

Internal Certifications
R-G has developed a series of Internal Certifications aligned with R-G's practices.  These experience based certifications help establish career paths for employees to grow as Subject Matter Experts as well as benefit R-G and our employees by identifying the "experts" in various strategically significant areas.
